How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Luigiplunger Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Luigiplunger Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Luigiplunger Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@luigiplunger.space and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write to Us
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
